Come join us for an incredible journey on the Hackensack River, through the marshes of the New Jersey Meadowlands, and more!  Eco-Cruises are fun, educational tours aboard Hackensack Riverkeeper’s specially rigged 30-foot pontoon boats. Captain Bill Sheehan started Eco-Cruises in 1994 to increase awareness of the lower Hackensack River as a vital natural and recreational resource. Most Eco-Cruises include 2 ½ hours on the water and are fully narrated by either Capt. Bill or Program Director Capt. Hugh Carola – both of whom are US Coast Guard-licensed captains. The Oradell-Emerson Rotary will have a private cruise on August 15.

A very special event for a very special cause. Please join us and the Oradell-Emerson Rotary Club for "A Night at the Museum" - great food and drink, a unique space, awesome art, a history talk on the infamous Blauvelt Mansion by local historian William Pat Schuber, great raffle prizes and proceeds to benefit New Jersey Recovery Advocates, helping to promote recovery from addiction, and other local charities. Let me know if you need tickets. Space is limited.
The Oradell-Emerson Rotary Club will once again be represented at Makers Day by our own Bill Dunphy. Bill will be presenting "How Sound is Reproduced". Makers Day runds from 10:30-3:30 this Saturday, March 10.
Come join us at the Emerson Hotel...Carl Hassett, Rotary District Disaster Relief Committee Chair will be speaking on Rotary efforts in disaster relief in the U.S. and overseas. All are welcome. Light refreshments, cash bar.
Fantastic Farm-to-Table cuisine paired with 4 wonderful wines. Raffles. Beautiful location. A unique experience. Come join us!
Finally...our long awaited eco cruise with the Hackensack Riverkeeper happened. A beautiful night - a fabulous boat - good food and drink - super stories from Captain Bill - and of course, great company.

Although our boat ride was  cancelled due the forecast of more storms this evening, it actually turned out to be a beautiful evening, so we made "lemonade out of the lemons" and had a lovely picnic overlooking the water watching the sunset.
We will reschedule very soon. Can't wait to return!
